The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lots 3C & 4 (to be combined and designated as Lot 4A), Block 100, consisting of approximately 24,000 square feet (ADA-50816), at Klawock Airport for 55 years.  Applicant:  Aviation Compliance Group.  Authorized uses:  Construction and maintenance of a hangar for an aircraft maintenance business; air taxi operations; freight and cargo handling; aircraft storage; offices, equipment storage and vehicle parking in support of these activities.  Annual rent:  $3,552.
