Sealed bids to remove old and install a new roof on the facilities at the Mat-Su Pre-Trial, Palmer, Alaska will be received until 1:30 p.m., July 26, 2018. Bids will be opened at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1800, Conference Room, Anchorage, Alaska. This state funded project will consist of a Base Bid in the ITB.
A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for this project. It is “Highly Recommended” that you attend the pre-bid site visit that is scheduled for Wednesday, 7/11/2018 at 10:00 A.M. at the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility, Palmer, Alaska. Please contact Scott Nichols, Project Manager, at 269-7391 to register and submit your request for security clearance forms. Bidders will need to submit a “Request for Clearance” form to access the facility for each individual attending. This form is included in the bid documents.
