Notice of Public Comment - Alaska Clean Water Fund and the Alaska Drinking Water Fund

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has updated the Project Priority Lists for Alaska’s State Revolving Fund programs including the Alaska Clean Water Fund and the Alaska Drinking Water Fund for the second quarter of State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2019. All projects have been scored and listed in the order of rank. Newly added projects are indicated as being added to the list in the second quarter (Q2).

As the state agency responsible for managing the SRF programs set forth under the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act, ADEC provides the opportunity to comment on changes to Project Priority Lists. The lists include projects that have been submitted through a questionnaire process and scored by ADEC staff in regard to public health considerations, water quality and other factors to determine ranking and placement on the Project Priority List.

Before applications can be submitted for project loans, the list is made available for public review and comment. Any comments received will be considered before finalizing the updated Project Priority List.

The updated Project Priority Lists available for review on the ADEC website at:
