- Pre-Proposal Conference (Optional): A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time on July 14th . The conference will be held in the Jim Blasingame Board Room at the ARRC GOB at 327 W. Ship Creek Ave.

- Pre-Proposal Site Visit (Mandatory): A pre-proposal site visit will be held from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. local time on July 16th . The site visit will begin at the ARRC Historic Depot at 411 W. 1st Ave. We will then tour the yard so please come prepared with steel toe shoes, hearing proection and hard hats.
- Pre-Proposal Train Trip (Mandatory): A pre-proposal train ride is TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FORJuly 23rd & August 6th . The site visit will begin at the ARRC Historic Depot at 411 W. 1st Ave. Full itineraries will be provided at least a week prior to travel date, but firms should plan for a full day of travel time.
