The Purpose of Amendment #1 is to Change to INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS item 3. SUBMITTING BIDS language to include Electronic Bid Submission.


The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Statewide Contracting & Procurement, is soliciting bids to result in a to result in in a contract for the purchase of services for the removal of oil, oily water and cooking grease and the testing and disposal of such from the AMHS vessels serving the ferry terminal at 355 Harris Avenue, Bellingham, WA..

Award will be made by lot (one location) to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.   There is one lot.   To be responsive bidders are required to bid on all items within the lot. 

The Bid Opening is scheduled for 2:00 PM (Alaska Time) July 23, 2018, at DOT/PF Headquarters, 3132 Channel Drive, Room 350 in Juneau, Alaska.

If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
