PUBLIC NOTICE
Regarding disposal of an interest in municipal trust land in Kokhanok, Alaska by the Municipal Lands Trustee
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.410 - .460 the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the issuance of a lease for the following described parcel of Municipal Trust land to Southcentral Foundation for the site of a clinic:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 32, Township 8 South, Range 32 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, being situated in the Native village of Kokhanok, Alaska, more particularly described as Lot 9 Block 2 of New Kokhanok Subdivision recorded in the Iliamna Recording District as Plat 82-12, containing 0.99 acres more or less.
The Kokhanok Village Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Kokhanok, adopted a resolution approving the lease on June 8, 2018.
This notice is being posted and published in accordance with the requirements of 3 AAC 190.420 and .910.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed lease.
