NOTICE OF DIRECTOR’S ORDER REGARDING FEES MANAGED AND CHARGED BY THE DIVISION OF MINING, LAND AND WATER
On June 12, 2018, the Director of the Division of Mining, Land and Water, within the Department of Natural Resources, under the applicable authorities of 11 AAC 05, implemented the 3rd Director’s Order regarding fees managed and charged by the Division of Mining, Land and Water. This order takes effect 30 days after posting of this notice.
