REQUESTED ACTIVITY:

 Anchorage Helicopter Tours wishes to moor an inflatable boat via a concrete footer with black buoy and a pulley rope to shore for tourist tours. Inflatable will be removed each tourist season with no cached materials.

PROPOSED DATES OF USE:

            Annual from May thru September

Start: July 1, 2018

End: September 30, 2023

After review and adjudication, we may issue a permit with stipulations for the activity.  The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
