Redlands Remote Recreational Cabin Sites – ADL 417451
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Land Sales Section (LSS) proposes to amend the Yukon Tanana Area Plan (YTAP) unit T-12 management intent to remove the 200’ riparian buffer from the Chitanana River. This proposal is being made to ensure any future reoffer of the Redlands RRCS staking area (ADL 417451) is under the same conditions as the 2010 offering under the Tanana Basin Area Plan.

Pursuant to AS 38.05.945 Notice, the public is invited to submit comment on the Draft Plan Amendment NC-10-005A02. The deadline for public comment is 5:00PM, Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Only persons from whom DNR DMLW LSS receives timely, written comment during the identified comment period will be eligible to file an appeal of the Final Plan Amendment. Written comment may be received by fax, email or postal mail. Following the comment deadline, all written responses will be considered and this decision may be modified to incorporate public comments. If requested, a copy of the Final Plan Amendment will be sent to any person who submitted comments on the proposed decision to amend the YTAP. The final plan amendment will include reconsideration instructions.
