RFP Number 25182070

The Contractor shall provide three (3) narrative appraisals for the above-named project, which is located within the Kenai Peninsula Borough.  For these appraisals, two (2) are partial take acquisitions (1 improved - #5, 1 vacant - #6), and one (1) full take parcel (vacant - #12).

The Contractor shall also provide a market data book for the Kenai Peninsula area, to include any vacant land sales in the Kenai Peninsula Borough, in the past 4 years.
