The work consists of demolition of an existing gas fired make up air unit and replacement of, with a rooftop make up air unit having a hydronic heating coil; a stand alone boiler plant to support the unit will be installed; an exterior egress platform and stairs and a rooftop railing system will be installed; all work located at:
