INVITATION TO BID

Body of Notice: The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, is seeking competitive Bids for qualified contractors to provide Design Bid Ready Documents for the Alaska Army National Guard Army Aviation Operations Facility (AAOF) located in Nome, Alaska as specified in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB). 

Pre-Bid Conference.  A NON-MANDATORY pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. local Alaska time on June 11, 2018 in the FMO Conference Room, Facility Maintenance Office, 57024 Roosevelt Road, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, 99505.  If you plan on attending; request via email a named (first and last name) roster to mvafmocontracts@alaska.gov  

Deadline for Receipt of Bids. Current deadline for receipt of bids in response to the subject ITB is 12:00 p.m. Alaska time on June 20, 2018. Information on submitting Bids can be found in the attached ITB. Late offers will be rejected.

Important Notice. If you are receiving this solicitation from the State of Alaska Online Public Notice website, you must register with the DMVA/FMO Building Management Specialist Section to receive subsequent amendments.
