The Department of Administration, Division of Division of Retirement and Benefits, is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms for technical assistance and consultation services in the development and recommendation of governance models that could be used to oversee a Health Care Authority (HCA). The Division seeks proposals that will conduct and facilitate a comprehensive and robust stakeholder engagement process in the development of recommended models. This procurement is being conducted as a Best Value/Accelerated RFP process.
