The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to increase the area, extend the term, and amend the terms of Lease ADA-71151, Lots 2B, 2G, and 5, Block 1, consisting of approximately 44,250.00 square feet, at the Dahl Creek Airport for an additional 5 years, to expire September 30, 2023.  Applicant:  US Department of the Interior, National Park Service.  Annual rent:  $3,151.33.  Authorized uses:  aviation - Maintenance of facilities for administrative and logistical support and storage of supplies, materials and equipment, all in support of Lessee’s aircraft operations at the Dahl Creek Airport.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., May 29, 2018, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend and amend the lease.
