Notice of Intent to Change Bylaws at the May 10, 2018 ASMI Board of Directors Meeting

You are hereby notified that changes to Article III of the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) Bylaws, pertaining to the Board of Directors, and changes to Articles I – XII of the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI Bylaws, pertaining to the insertion of gender neutral wording will be voted on by the Board Members at the upcoming May 10,2018 Board Meeting.
