The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (Lessor) proposes to divide Lot 1C Block 100 consisting of approximately 49,198 square feet, currently leased to CBT Partnership (Lessee) under Lease ADA-09102, into Lots 1D, Lot 1E, and 1F Block 100 to be leased under separate lease agreements at the Birchwood Airport.

Lot 1D consisting of approximately 12,700 square feet of land will be leased to Applicant Debra J. Bartlett and Bradley S. Bartlett (former members of CBT Partnership) under Lease ADA - 09243 for 5 (five) years. Annual rent:  $1,244.60. Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of aircraft hangar for private and commercial use; aircraft maintenance and repair; aircraft and vehicle parking.

Lot 1E consisting of approximately 14,700 square feet of land will be leased to Applicant Thomas H. Camp Jr. and Jennifer C. Hillhouse (former members of CBT Partnership) under Lease ADA - 09244 for 5 (five) years. Annual rent:  $1,440.60. Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of aircraft hangar for private and commercial use; aircraft maintenance and repair; aircraft and vehicle parking.

Lot 1F consisting of approximately 21,818 square feet of land will be leased to Applicant Turn and Banc, LLC (former members of CBT Partnership) under Lease ADA - 09102 for 53 (fifty three) years. Annual rent:  $2,138.16. Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of aircraft hangar for private and commercial use; aircraft maintenance and repair; aircraft and vehicle parking.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed leases without competition.
