PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN KOLIGANEK, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LANDS TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.410 - .460 the Municipal Lands Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the issuance of a utility permit for the following described parcel of Municipal Trust land to the New Koliganek Village Council for the site of a water line:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 21, Township 5 South, Range 47 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, being situated in the Native village of Koliganek, Alaska, more particularly described as Tracts 19 and 33 of the ANCSA 14(c) Survey Plat recorded in the Bristol Bay Recording District as Plat 2004-6, as shown in the attached property plan.
The New Koliganek Village Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Koliganek, adopted a resolution approving the utility permit on April 4, 2018.
This notice is being posted and published in accordance with the requirements of 3 AAC 190.420 and .910.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed utility permit.

Following the comment deadline, all responses will be reviewed and the Commissioner’s decision on this matter may be modified as a result of information received.
