The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-06768 (Lot 003, Block 0100), consisting of approximately 12,500 square feet at Skwentna Airport for five (5) years.  Applicant:  Marc D. Derheim.  Annual rent:  $1,062.50. Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of an aircraft hangar for parking and maintenance of Lessee’s private aircraft only.

Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 27, 2018, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Lease.
