PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
GEORGETOWN, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.420 - .440 the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the issuance of a lease of the following described parcel of Municipal Trust land to the Georgetown Tribal Council for the site of the Community Center:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 22 of Township 21 North, Range 46 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, being situated in the vicinity of the Native village of Georgetown within the Kuskokwim Recording District, State of Alaska, containing approximately 1.70 acres more or less, as more particularly described and shown in the attached legal description.
The Georgetown Tribal Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Georgetown, adopted a resolution approving the lease on March 19, 2018.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed lease.

Following the comment deadline, all responses will be reviewed and the Trust Officer’s decision on this matter may be modified as a result of information received.

The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 46 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, being situated in the vicinity of the Native village of Georgetown more particularly identified as Lot 1, Block 4 of Andrew’s Estate Subdivision recorded as Plat 2003-3 on May 30, 2003 in the Kuskokwim Recording District.
Containing 1.70 acres more or less.
