NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE TERM EXTENSION: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport), Lake Hood Seaplane Base proposes to extend a Land Lease under ADA-31188, as follows:
LESSEE: CPD Alaska, LLC.
AREA: Lot 15, Block 17, consisting of approximately 3,250 square feet.
LAND LEASE TERM:  Ten (10) year term extension, for a cumulative lease term of twenty-four (24) years.
LAND RENTAL RATE: $0.12 per square foot per year.
PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES:  Operation of an aircraft fueling facility utilizing a credit card system, installation and maintenance of one above ground 6,000 gallon fuel tank, installation and maintenance of a digital surveillance system, and the non-exclusive right for the sake of aviation fuel on the Premises to general aviation customers.

H, Mail Stop 2544, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960,, but must be received by 4:00 P.M. on or before April 20, 2018, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Land Lease.

This is a request filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows The Department to grant the proposed term extension without competition.

The Department reserves the right to correct technical defects in lease language, the premises' description, lease term, or the purposes of the lease, and to reject any or all applications when to do so is in the best interests of the Department.
