Lease Agreement ADA-31188 CPD Alaska, LLC at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Lake Hood Seaplane Base

: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport), Lake Hood Seaplane Base proposes to extend a Land Lease under ADA-31188, as follows:
AREA: Lot 15, Block 17, consisting of approximately 3,250 square feet.
LAND LEASE TERM:  Ten (10) year term extension, for a cumulative lease term of twenty-four (24) years.
LAND RENTAL RATE: $0.12 per square foot per year.
PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES:  Operation of an aircraft fueling facility utilizing a credit card system, installation and maintenance of one above ground 6,000 gallon fuel tank, installation and maintenance of a digital surveillance system, and the non-exclusive right for the sake of aviation fuel on the Premises to general aviation customers.

The Department reserves the right to correct technical defects in lease language, the premises' description, lease term, or the purposes of the lease, and to reject any or all applications when to do so is in the best interests of the Department.
