PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN MINTO, ALASKA
BY THE MUNICIPAL LANDS TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.460(4) the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the granting of deeds to the following named individuals for the following described lands:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 27, Township 4 North, Range 9 West, Fairbanks Meridian, Alaska, within the Manley Hot Springs Recording District, containing 1 acre more or less, more particularly identified as:
Dewayne Jimmie Lot 1 Block 12, Plat 2007-3
Joeseph Alexander & Lilah Nollner Lot 10 Block 12, Plat 2007-3
The Minto Village Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Minto, adopted resolutions approving the deeds on February 6, 2018.
This notice is being posted and published in accordance with the requirements of 3 AAC 190.420 and .910.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed conveyances.
