NOTICE OF MEETING

ALASKA CORPORATION FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING

BOARD OF DIRECTORS – SPECIAL MEETING

The ALASKA CORPORATION FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING (ACAH), a public corporation and government instrumentality of, but having a legal existence independent of and separate from, the State of Alaska, will meet at 9:00 a.m. on February 28, 2018, at the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska.

The Agenda for the Alaska Corporation for Affordable Housing Special Board Meeting will include: A. Consideration of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Alaska Corporation for Affordable Housing amending ARTICLE IV, SECTION (E) of the ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION, and approving the filing of the ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT to the Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development; B. Any other matters to properly come before the board.

ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).

THE PUBLIC is invited to participate by teleconference calling 330-8452 and requesting the access code. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting.
