08007 Proposal to Extend a Land Lease at the King Salmon Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-08007 of Lot 7A, Block 300, consisting of approximately 8,670 square feet, at King Salmon Airport for an additional five years, to expire April 20, 2023.  Applicant:  Heidemarie Weaver.  Annual rent:  $1,283.16.  Authorized uses:  Operation and maintenance of a building and floating dock; installation of a two hour fire guard fuel tank for fueling of Sublessee’s aircraft to be used in support of a commercial business to include vehicle parking in conjunction with Lessee’s sport fishing lodge.
