Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has received an application for the following:

DMLW has received an application for an amendment from GVEA for ADL 415875, a public utility easement approximately 100 ft east of the Parks Highway bridge in Fairbanks, which expired on January 25, 2018. This easement measures 30ft X 281.86ft. GVEA has requested that the easement term be amended and extended in perpetuity as the constructed line is still in use.

The public is invited to comment on the proposed activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at 3700 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK 99709 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue a permit with stipulations for the activity.  The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
