Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project Nos. 0666008/NFHWY00136 & 0666009/NFHWY00273, HSIP: Phillips Field Road Safety Improvements, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, February 27, 2018, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of constructing safety improvements on Phillips Field Road from about 700 feet west of Jack Lindsey Lane to Driveway Street. Improvements will include shoulder widening, minor road realignment, retaining wall construction, barrier upgrades, utility relocations, construction of a safety edge, drainage improvements necessitated by road modifications, and updated signing and striping.

Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000.

The project completion date is October 31, 2018.
