Notice of Pipeline Application
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Kenai Beluga Pipeline, LLC (KBPL), filed an application on January 3, 2018, seeking approval of the interconnection facilities agreement (Agreement) between KBPL and Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp). Docket No. P-18-006 was opened to address this matter.
The Agreement between KBPL and Hilcorp describes the design, maintenance, operation, and eventual removal of the existing interconnection facilities located at the Granite Point Tank Farm Meter 863 (Meter 863) for receipt of gas production from Granite Point, Anna, and Bruce Fields. KBPL wishes to reactivate Meter 863, which has been inactive since November 1, 2014. KBPL simultaneously filed TL43-668, seeking approval to change the designation of Meter 863 from “inactive” to “active”.
No motions for waiver or petitions for confidentiality were filed with the application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission will determine whether the application is complete by January 25, 2018.
