Regulatory Commission of Alaska: Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing (KBPL)

Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Kenai Beluga Pipeline, LLC (KBPL) filed TL43-668, seeking change the designation of the Meter 863 receipt point from inactive to active.

The Meter 863 receipt point is an existing interconnection at which gas was received by KBPL’s predecessor, Cook Inlet Gas Gathering System (CIGGS), at the Granite Point Tank Farm. In 2014, CIGGS was consolidated with three other pipelines to form the consolidated Kenai Beluga Pipeline. KBPL states that at that time the Meter 863 receipt point was not being used and the Meter 863 receipt point was designated as inactive. The meter owner, Hilcorp Alaska, LLC, has requested reactivation of the interconnection for the purpose of delivering gas into KBPL from the Granite Point Tank Farm. KBPL filed an application requesting approval of a facilities interconnection agreement at the Granite Point Tank Farm concurrently with TL43-668.

This notice does not contain every pertinent revision or request associated with TL43-668. The Commission may approve a rate or classification, which varies from that proposed.
