The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Permit ADA-08547 (Revetment #5), consisting of approximately 7,150 square feet, at Tom Madsen (Unalaska) Airport for an additional 5 years.  Applicant:  Doug Leggett.  Annual rent:  $700.70.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical - the continued operation and maintenance of a temporary aircraft hangar, parking for permittee's vehicle, and parking/tie-down and maintenance of permittee's aircraft, and occasional helicopter storage.
