Central Region Construction Administration Services Term Agreements 2018

The Contracting Agency intends to award up to five (5) Term Agreements to provide Construction Administration services for a variety of State- and Federally-funded projects. Construction administration services include, but are not limited to engineering, construction inspection, SWPPP inspection, materials testing, documentation, surveying and office work on the projects to assure that the construction contractor's work is accomplished in substantial conformance with the contract documents, Alaska Construction Manual, and applicable permits. Construction projects include primarily highways and airports, with the potential for other project types as well.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreements is approximately March 2018 to March 2020 with renewal options for three (3) 1-year extensions. The Agreements will be awarded for approximately $10,000,000 each for the initial 2-year term.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available December 22, 2017, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the Municipality of Anchorage may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than January 18, 2018, 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.
