Subject to AS 38.05.810(e) the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 10-year lease to Gary LaRose dba LaRose Guide Service for a 2-acre existing commercial recreational hunting and fishing guide camp, located near Pilot Point, Alaska. The proposed site is located within Section 11 of Township 35 South, Range 53 West, Seward Meridian.
The public is invited to review and comment on this Decision. A copy of the Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request.
