Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Cook Inlet Natural Gas Storage Alaska, LLC (CINGSA) filed TA30-733, proposing to revise Appendix A of its Firm Storage Service (FSS) Agreement with ENSTAR Natural Gas Company (ENSTAR). The FSS Agreement is a Special Contract in accordance with 3 AAC 48.390. CINGSA has requested an effective date of February 1, 2018 for TA30-733.
Appendix A of CINGSA’s FSS Agreements specifies the individual customer’s contract quantities. With TA30-733, CINGSA proposes an amendment to Appendix A that will increase ENSTAR’s Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ) from 91,000 Mcf/day to 102,900 Mcf/day under the 100 percent - 45 percent Ratchet, from 66,430 Mcf/day to 75,617 Mcf/day under the 45 percent - 20 percent Ratchet, and from 50,960 Mcf/day to 57,624 Mcf/day under the <20 percent Ratchet. ENSTAR will pay CINGSA’s authorized tariff rate for the additional MDWQ, which is currently $7.9005 per month per Mcf of MDWQ, or $94,015.95 per month. The amendment provides that it is effective from the first day of the month following Commission approval or January 1, 2018, whichever is later. This amendment only affects CINGSA’s FSS Agreement with ENSTAR.
