The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services (department) intends to utilize a sole source contract with the University of Cincinnati, School of Criminal Justice (UC) to provide “Evidence Based” cognitive-behavioral Sex Offender Treatment curriculum. UC will provide onsite training in the use of the curriculum and may also provide annual quality assurance service to review the department’s progress.    

At this point the department is unaware of any other vendors that are nationally recognized to provide this type of sex offender treatment curriculum.The department is seeking information from vendors who may be interested in providing and facilitating this curriculum, or if there is comparable curriculum the department is not aware of.

This is not a solicitation for quotes, bids, or proposals. A contract will not result from this RFI. The department is not responsible for any costs associated with responding to this RFI. Responses are strictly voluntary.
