BETHEL COURTHOUSE LEASE
ALASKA COURT SYSTEM
BETHEL, ALASKA
The Alaska Court System is soliciting proposals for the above lease in Bethel, Alaska. Lease This leased facility shall be constructed, remodeled and/or built-out to provide 12,165NUSF, including finishes, amenities and services described in the RFP. The not to exceed yearly lease cost is $300,000, not including specified utilities and services.
Sealed proposals must be delivered or mailed to the Alaska Court System, Attn: Facilities Manager, 820 West 4th Ave., Anchorage, AK 99501 and be received on or before February 15, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.
Request for Proposals stating the requirements are available for pick up at the above address or at Bethel Courthouse Clerk’s Office, 204 Chief Eddie Hoffman Hwy, Bethel AK. They are also available by email transmission at jbailey@akcourts.us or online at http://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/. A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held at the above Bethel address on December 13th, 2017, at 2 p.m.
