NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR BUILDING LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Building Lease under ADA-32128, as follows:  LESSEE: Anchorage Amateur Radio Club (AARC).  PREMISES: Former FCC Building, located at 6721 Raspberry Road, consisting of 5,924 sq. ft. of usable space and 68,000 square feet of land.  LEASE TERM:  Fifteen years (15) with two (2), five (5) year extensions for a total of 25 years.  LEASE RENTAL RATE: The building rent rate is $0.20 per square foot per month based the negotiated rate and proposed improvements (5,924 x $0.20 = $1,184.80 x 12 = $14,217.60) per year including the land.   PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES:  Emergency Operation Center for AARC.

Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received by 5:00 P.M. on or before December 15, 2017, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Building Lease.
