On November 7, 2017, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations update occupational licensing fees for professions regulated by the Real Estate Commission.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 8, 2017, and will go into effect on December 8, 2017. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 224, January 2018 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
