Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Cook Inlet Natural Gas Storage Alaska, LLC (CINGSA) filed TA28-733, proposing to update Section 17.1 – Requests for Generally Available (Unsubscribed) Storage Service of its tariff to include the requirement that customers requesting Firm Storage Service or Interruptible Storage Service must provide the contract withdrawal quantity (in Mcfs) in their applications.
This requirement was present in the original language of Section 17.1 approved with Order No. U-10-051(9), but was removed with TA4-733. In their tariff advice letter, CINGSA states that this removal was in error.
