The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the following Leases at the Healy River Airport for an additional two (2) years, to expire September 15, 2019:

1. Applicant:   Warbelows Air Ventures; Annual rent: $2,060.00; Authorized uses: Aviation – vehicle and aircraft parking, aviation fuel storage and dispensing. ADA-72287 (Lot 1B, Block 1), consisting of approximately 18,000 square feet.

2. Applicant:  Warbelows Air Ventures; Annual rent: $2,460.00; Authorized uses: Aviation – air taxi operations, aircraft parking and aviation fuel storage. ADA-71425 (Lot 1D, Block 1), consisting of approximately 30,000 square feet.

3. Applicant:  Estate of David McRae: Annual rent: $1,250.00; Authorized uses:  Aviation – vehicle and aircraft parking, aviation fuel storage. ADA-72136 (Lot 3A, Block 1), consisting of approximately 3,900 square feet.

4. Applicant:  Estate of David McRae:  Annual rent: $1,250.00; Authorized uses:  Aviation – vehicle and aircraft parking, aviation fuel storage. ADA-72137 (Lot 4A, Block 1), consisting of approximately 3,900 square feet.

5. Applicant:  Estate of David McRae:  Annual rent:  $2,020.00; Authorized uses: Aviation- vehicle and aircraft parking, aviation fuel storage. ADA-72138 (Lot 5, Block 1), consisting of approximately 9,000 square feet.

6. Applicant: Estate of David McRae:  Annual rent:  $2,020.00; Authorized uses: Aviation – vehicle and aircraft parking, aviation fuel storage. ADA-72139 (Lot 6, Block 1), consisting of approximately 9,000 square feet.

7. Applicant:  Max Schwab; Annual rent:  $625.00; Authorized uses:  Aviation – vehicle and aircraft parking, aviation fuel storage. ADA-72227 (Lot 5A, Block 1), consisting of approximately 3,600 square feet.

8. Applicant:  Fly Denali, Inc.; Annual rent: $2,352.00; Authorized uses: Aviation – vehicle and aircraft parking, aviation fuel storage. ADA-71956 (Lot 1A, Block 2), consisting of approximately 24,000 square feet.

9. Applicant:  Fly Denali, Inc.; Annual rent:  $2,116.80; Authorized uses: Aviation –vehicle and aircraft parking, aviation fuel storage. ADA-72354 (Lot 1B, Block 2), consisting of approximately 21,600 square feet.

These are applications filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition.  Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 27, 2017, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the leases.  The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.  Information is available from Margaret J.
