Sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m., November 8, 2017 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This state funded contract requires the Contractor to provide the necessary design and construction services to construct a new bus shelter for ten buses and associated site improvements. The Design-Builder may elect to provide up to four (4) Owner described enhancements as part of their proposal which will be scored as part of the proposal evaluation.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be July 31, 2018.
