Sealed bids to remove old water heaters and install a new water heaters at the Anvil Mountain Correctional Center, Nome, Alaska will be received until 1:30 p.m., January 23, 2018. Bids will be opened at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1800, Conference Room, Anchorage, Alaska. This state funded project will consist of a Base Bid only.
A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for this project. It is “Highly Recommended” that you attend the pre-bid site visit that is scheduled for October 5, 2017 at 10AM. Please contact Scott Nichols, Project Manager, at 269-7391 to register and submit your request for clearance forms attached to the bid documents. Bidders will need to submit a “Request for Clearance” form to access the facility for each individual attending. This form is included in the bid documents.
