Request For Information: Technology Architect Roadmap

PURPOSE OF THE RFI:
The State of Alaska, Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking information from companies who offer information technology architecture services. OIT is specifically interested in a technology architecture roadmap that includes, but is not limited to, an articulation of current-state and future-state, opportunities and solutions to more efficiently use resources including prioritization and cost/benefit analysis, migration and implementation strategy, and a corresponding set of principles and standards. The technology architecture roadmap will need to be developed in consideration of business requirements, IT strategies, and the evolving organizational footprint and capability set inherent to the ongoing centralization effort. RESPONSE AND DEADLINE INFORMATION:
Interested parties responding to the RFI should describe their experience developing technology architecture and how they would suggest the state approach development of an architectural roadmap. Responses must include a description of their business; service description and how it can help achieve the state’s intent; and estimated costs. The response should also include contact information such as: name of the company, point of contact names, physical and mailing addresses, phone and fax numbers, and email address.

Responses must be submitted no later than 4:30p.m. (Alaska Time) on Friday, September 29, 2017. Responses may be sent by U.S. mail, E-mail, and/or Fax to the below addresses. If sending response via fax, please send an email prior to submitting so it can be acknowledged and accounted. Any questions concerning this request must be directed to the Procurement Officer in writing via email.
