NOTICE OF CHANGES FOR BUILDING LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to supplement an Advance Right-of-Entry Building Lease under ADA-32154, as follows: LESSEE: Grant Aviation, Inc. PREMISES: Building 37 consisting of an additional 800 square feet of leasing space for a total of 11,803 sq.ft. LEASE TERM: Two (2) years. LEASE RENTAL RATE: Building 37 the rent rate is $0.91 per square foot per month (11,803 x $0.91 = $10,740.73 per month) including the parking lot. PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Office space for the operation of Grant Aviation, Inc.
