Following the close of a 30-day public notice period, DEC has prepared an APDES proposed final modification for Golden Valley Electric Association Healy Power Plant. Prior to making the final decision to issue the final modified permit, DEC invites you to view the proposed final modified permit and associated documents. Proposed Modification:
The removal of Permit Sections 1.2.9 and 1.2.10, bottom ash transport water requirements, from the final GVEA Healy Power Plant permit, issued April 10, 2017.

Determination:
The ADEC has determined to modify the above listed individual permit.
