NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Project: ANC Taxiway F Reconstruction Design Services
RFP Number: 25182021

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional design services to complete a bid-ready set of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E). Services include an engineer’s design report, construction safety and phasing plan, PS&E, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, assistance during bidding, and assistance during construction. Services include electrical and drainage design.  

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately November 2017 to December 2019.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $250,000 to $500,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available September 11, 2017 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at  before . Persons residing outside the Municipality of Anchorage may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than October 2, 2017, 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
