Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that TDX Manley Generating, LLC (TMG) filed tariff revision TA161-72, a revenue requirement study based on a 2016 test year. With this filing, SPG requests an interim and refundable across-the-board rate increase of 12.73 percent, effective November 1, 2017, and a proposed permanent across-the-board rate increase of 31.83 percent. A table of the current, proposed interim, and proposed permanent rates is provided below.

TMG has requested waivers of 3 AAC 48.275(a)(8), the requirement that it provide a computation of pro forma provision for income taxes; 3 AAC 48.275(a)(12), the requirement that it provide a computation of the weighted cost of capital; and 3 AAC 48.275(a)(13), the requirement that it provide a schedule of long-term liabilities.
