On April 28, 2017, the Board of Dental Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 28 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations are regarding a change in the renewal date for dental assistant certificates.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on August 11, 2017, and will go into effect on September 10, 2017. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 223, October 2017 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
