Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of DCCED/CBPL – Occupational Licensing Fees for the Board of Professional Counselors

On July 10, 2017, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with occupational licensing fees for professions regulated by the Board of Professional Counselors.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on July 20, 2017, and will go into effect on August 19, 2017.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 223, October 2017 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
