Lease Agreement ADA-90850 at Fairbanks International Airport

PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a Land Lease at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 3, Lot 6, containing approximately 160,000 square feet.  The file number is ADA-90850, and the applicant is Alaska Air Fuel, Inc.  The term of the lease is fifty five (55) years commencing August 1, 2017 through July 31, 2072.  Annual rent for the land is $19,200, at the rate of $.12 per square foot per year.

Written comments or competing applications must be received by 5 p.m., August 9, 2017, after which the airport manager will determine whether or not to execute the lease.  Information is available from the Airport Leasing office, Fairbanks International Airport, 6450 Airport Way, Suite 1, Fairbanks, AK  99709, telephone 907-474-2521.  Anyone needing special accommodations may call TDD 1-800-770-TYPE.

The department reserves the right to correct technical defects, premises description, term, or purposes and may reject any or all applications or comments.
