On April 13, 2017, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board adopted regulation changes in Title 3, Chapter 304 of the Alaska Administrative Code, regulating consumption at wineries.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on June 19, 2017, effective on July 19, 2017.
