On April 5, 2017, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulation changes in Title 3, Chapter 306 of the Alaska Administrative Code, regulating food safety permits and applications for retail marijuana store licenses and applications for marijuana product manufacturing facility licenses (3 AAC 306.315; 3 AAC 306.520) .
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on June 27, 2017, effective on July 27, 2017.
