On April 5, 2017, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulation changes in Title 3, Chapter 306 of the Alaska Administrative Code, regulating notice to consumers at retail marijuana stores.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on June 22, 2017, effective on July 22, 2017.
